Our Virtual Office Program (sometimes referred to as a Corporate I.D. Plan) has three components: The Address Program, the Phone Program, and the 1/2 Price Off Hourly Office Usage Discount Plan
If you sign up for the full Virtual Office Program, the cost is $299 per year, plus $99 per month and consists of:
A) The Address Program:
- A Postal Mailbox
- The ability to have you mail and packages received at the facility
- The Your name and company in the computerized directory in the building's lobby
- The ability to check the receipt of your mail and packages via phone
- The ability to have your mail and packages forwarded to you
B) The Phone Program
- A personal direct-dial phone number
- A voice mail box
- Calls courteously answered live in your company name during regular business hours
- Usage of the community fax machine and number for incoming and outgoing faxes
C) The 1/2 Price Off Hourly Usage Discount Plan, which allows you to schedule the usage of any of our on-site conference rooms at half the cost of what we charge non-Virtual Office Program users, which means that for rooms that are normally charged $60, $80 and $100 per hour, you'll only be charged $30, $40 and $50 per hour.
For the Half-Virtual Office Program A) just the Address Program, or B) just the Phone Program, the yearly fee is $199, plus $60 per month, and you would still be entitled to the 1/2 Price Off Hourly Office Usage Discount Plan Programs
Other Details About Our Virtual Office Programs:
- Special full-day usage discounts offered at discounted flat rates
- Phone and T-1 access available at $10 per day, if you use our facilities
- In addition to the yearly fee, the first month, pre-paid last month and one month's deposit is required upon signing
- You may cancel the program at any time with a 30-day notice on the 1st day of any month, and you pre-paid last month of fees will be applied
- All fees are handled by credit card, which is a requirement for enrollment in any of the programs
- Upgrading to a full-time office is common, and the Virtual Office phone number you were assigned will travel with you and be installed in your office
