The accessibility and public transportation situation is real favorable for anyone taking an office at our locations.
Right underneath our Chelsea location are the 23rd Street F & V Subway lines and the PATH train from New Jersey. We're one block away from the following Subway Stations along 23rd Street: the #1 West Side line, and the N & R BMT lines, and two blocks away from the Lexington Avenue local line.
We are also a short 10-minute walk or subway ride from Penn Station, Grand Central and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
There are two parking garages on the block and another five within a one-block radius. Daily parking is less expensive
than most other neighborhoods in Midtown/Downtown Manhattan, in the $22-$30 range.
